We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address by the courier company.

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, Shaherbano Alam does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

Product is damaged because of use. Product has been tampered. A “refund” may only be issued if:
